Special care has been taken with the ventilation, and all the rooms are provided with steam radiators. The propelling machinery of the Se- bastian, which has been constructed by the Aktiebolaget Diesels Motorer, of Stockholm, consists of two sets of marine "Polar" Diesel motors of the two-stroke cycle type (single-act- ing, direct-reversing), driving twin screws.
