For over five years the H. J. Wheeler Salvage Company have demon- strated their ability to the leading steamship lines by cleaning the tanks of the best known ships in the world. Franchises for foreign ports are also available. Actual demonstrations of the effici- ency of the Wheeler System under working conditions may be seen upon request at New York, Mobile or Galveston. Furthermore, that no bond, however large, which may be obtained from former dis- éruntled employees of our company or any irresponsible concern undertaking to remove such residues by an infringing method—even though colorably different—will protect a shipyard or shipowner against submitting to an accounting in the event of its unsuccess- ful defense to an action brought against it because of having contributed to any infringe- ment of said patents. 25 H.
