- All the enrollments are in a bound volume. In most instances an enrollment will appear on the right hand side of the frame and the endorsement of surrender on the left hand side of the succeeding frame. In instances where temporary enrollments received a separate set of numbers, the temporary enrollments are interfiled with the permanent enrollments in their proper chronological sequence.
