The Civil Supremacy of the United States having been restored in the Island of Michilimackinac and its dependencies, and the undersigned having entered into the discharge of the duties of his Office as Collector of the Port of Michilimackinac, All persons are required to take due notice and govern themselves according to the provisions of the existing Laws of the United States in such Cases. Merchants and Traders will immediately furnish a regular invoice, and report of all Merchandize on hand, and in their possession and of every article liable to pay duty under the several Acts of Congress regulating [sic] to the Custom House establishment.
