Michilimackinc 8th June 1840

I, C. C. Marsh, master of the schooner Henry Norton do certify that Asa Bogden is a seaman and has paid Hospital money on this day is taken ill, with a chill Fever and the Physician thought it proper that he should be attended to without delay.
