    Authorizing up to $250 for a new 30 fathom chain cable for the lightship.

    Authorizes the keeper of the light at Pottawatamie Island to withhold a receipt unless the supplies were delivered from the landing place, two miles to the light. Authorizes some repairs.

    Must reduce crew of lightship to that authorized: captain plus four men, including the cook.

    Authorizes repairs and the acquisition of a small boat. Estimate of $750.
