    Dear sir Mr. Burton said he would report the whole quarter if he should it would probably be right but as he left the Island immediately I thought best to make one from he time I commenced Yours &c Z

   

    Requires reduction in the cost of rations to the light boat, authorizes repairs to light boat and to Thunder Bay light house, requires an update on Presque Isle Light House and Manitou and payments f
